Same of #142 for the default branch

Description

This PR adds a step to send a webhook for automatic deployment to the staging environment.

Changes

  • Added a conditional check to run the webhook step only when the push event is on the default branch.
  • Created a JSON file temp.json containing the Docker image version information.
  • Merged the existing config.json with temp.json to create combined_config.json.
  • Sent a POST request to the deployment URL using curl with the combined JSON file.
